Your website (ustampteam.com) blatantly rips off the US Postal Service branding despite not being the US Postal Service. You're pretending to be the USPS to get sales. I know if I bought things from your website, I would complain to the bank and ask for a refund since it is essentially counterfeit - even though you have a tiny disclaimer stating no affiliation at the bottom. It's actually quite likely one of your customers complained to their bank, and the bank let Stripe know about it through the dispute mechanism for refunds. So it makes sense that Stripe has said you're breaking their terms of service. Also just fyi, Hacker news isn't a place to complain about your frozen account. You wont really get any sympathy here, especially as a new account that has just come here to complain.
