There are many but wouldn't you agree tax revenues are a rather hard indicator to fudge if GDP decreases? Tax revenues are very well correlated to GDP, in downturns too. 6% is also a rather large increase YoY for the Chinese MoF's

No they wouldn't, no one would put their eggs in one basket in terms of risk. Nonetheless the size of markets in control of hedge funds is still larger than what the PBOC has access to. It may be better to substitute 'hedge funds&

Its not actually possible for this to work with a 'chip' card. If your polish card has a chip and you change the pin online, there is a slight chance the change wont register. Many ATMs don't send a request to check the pin&#

Aren't there a number of cars that can already do this? I recall watching an episode of Top Gear where the car parked itself while the driver was not in it. I only wondered what happens when it can't find parking?

It sounds good. Except as was the case today for me where you enter an OTP pin and its expired (HDFC Bank) because each bank has its own OTP system. Keep in mind this is something that any bank can use (3D secure). It is up to the merchant

Paypal doesn't allow you to hold balances in Indian Rupees. You can only use dollars.
