Couple points: * Simple fact is you might not be "mature" (professionally/experientally) enough to tackle something like this yet. I don't think there's any shame in that. Couple signs you lack maturity: You think the finish line is after a

Sorry if this post was overly negative. This is actually a really exciting time for cord cutters. I think we're finally at the threshold of being able to buy a black box that just works and gives me pretty much everything I would reasonably

I find it fairly sheisty that Boxee Box does not support Netflix. Or rather that they are ambiguous about its support on Boxee Box. It's displayed plain as day on the introductory video on boxee.tv. There's been a lot of "we can't say anyth

Wow, that's a brutal under-the-bus-tossing. But well deserved. Most of the points are spot-on. I've operated a several dozen machine fleet for 2+ years on EC2 and I can tell you that the number of times boxes have gone down never to come ba

The people I know with Asperger's are anything BUT introverted or shy. They overshare. They overtalk. They're oblivious to social norms. Shyness and introversion, if anything, to me, seem like an oversensitivity to social norms.

How do you drive traffic to this site? I think there's a reasonable claim to be made that your ad placement is deceptive. It looks like a navigational menu for the website. Either way, good luck :)

Speaks a lot about the Ruby community that the answer here is not "rtfm". Typically there ISN'T a 'fm' to be found, and who knows how the code's getting monkeypatched, even by the library itself. So no, I don't trust that because I read the

Great message, but one thing threw me for a loop. "got me validation of my idea" <-- why? 50k impressions to 200 surveys is a 0.4% conversion rate, and I'm sure at least some percentage of those respondents were not entirely positive. W
