Whoever would develop such an OS would sure need to get the app ecosystem going pretty fast. Because that's what has killed Windows Mobile phones.

Don't forget the (massive) tax benefits as government employee. To get the same net amount at the end of the month, in Germany you would have to make several thousand € more per year in the private sector. In the end, you are still rig

The problem with the second approach is that it plays heavily into psychology, confirmation bias and such. What if people don't want to consume fake news but are instead incapable of recognizing or admitting that it is fake? Even in

Local means worse. The West has terrible production infrastructure when compared to places like Shenzen. It's a serious disadvantage on many fronts.

Let's make two points clear: Point 1) Tesla does not have SAE Level 5. It is an absolutely ridiculous claim. At most Level 3, but the SAE levels are kind of fuzzy between 2 and 3, so you could even argue level 2. [1] Tesla Autopilot ca

Tesla self-driving is mostly just ADAS + marketing. I'd be very careful to assume anything higher than SAE level 2 in real-life scenarios that are outside of their testing grounds. Some people paid with their lives for this assumption.
