Well, I am not saying people wont pay. I am saying making big post in TC every time some one adds an another API to Zapier is silly. Zapier is good idea, and I like the way they implemented.

Yes, I agree. The point I was trying to make is, there is C# and Java left as top contenders with good IDE. And between those two Java with Eclipse is the most open and and free choice. (considering multi platform)

I have been trying to do this from last 3 months. But I intend to make modifications to layers (turn on or off, change colors) and export to PNG. When I saw Psd.rb I thought it is done. But it just exports the channel data saved by Photosho
