I enjoyed the AI images in the articles, they were crisp and beautiful (mostly). I wouldn't trust this to research anything, but it could be interesting as a way to generate a fictional world and a Wiki to document all the details.

This is surprisingly hard, if the walls killed the snake it would be near impossible.

Entertaining people can be useful to society, without fun we'd simply be worker drones living miserable lives. That said, I also struggle to see how how this guiding principle of "being useful" led him to take these actions.

Does it pull stuff from here? Or is it its own thing? I built a clone of Hacker News with only ChatGPT stuff, not quite the same as your site though. https://neontomo.com/play/chatgpt-news/

With new bookmark managers for some reason they're usually a website, and no matter how good the design choices are, I just won't use it. Not because it's not amazing, but because not integrating it into the browser makes my

Interesting side-note, the iOS app only allows you to save your chat history if you allow them to use it for training. Pretty dark pattern.

My method for figuring it out: 1. Is it a recent movie? 2. Before/After 2000? (depending on previous answer) 3. Is the AI evil? 4. Is it animated? Then I guess. I got the same twice tho, how big is the pool? Nice project!

We want to see the path before we walk on it. Sometimes it gives a new perspective we wouldn't come to on our own, other times it's a big distraction that feels like progress. I am an advocate of doing it yourself as far as you ca

I wish I could help you figure it out, but I don't know much about these types of algorithms. Possibly, they already exist and you can plug them in. I know there's a lot of work done on maze-generation in games, maybe you can thin

Content is a concept that I've come to dislike, as it seems geared at taking advantage of the consumer maximally. Advice is given on YouTube, padded with unnecessary talking and fluff to maximise the watch time, or the video ends up ma

I hardly believe this take, because we still have a lot to learn in the medical sector for example that would dramatically improve lives. But in other areas we may have reached some saturation for what would actually be considered positive

I found it interesting that you used nanoid for this, a very simple and elegant solution. Can you speak to why you made this so scaled down, and how you chose the domain name? I find that the main downside to shorteners is that the domain i

I like this GUI. Notes: - I was missing file sizes on the models list, and even in the installer window there's only a percentage indicator. Blurring the window while installing also stops me from visually exploring the app while waiti

This is not entirely true, that it is low-effort. There is a lot to be said for coming up with an idea, which can take months or years, and what the idea will say about the art. In Hong Kong, they were being detained and limited from protes

I love this comment, probably because I relate so much. I enjoy designing puzzles more than actually solving them. The one exception is crosswords.

That's only if we're trying to replicate the smells physically though right? I mean, we could also trigger the brains neurons to "think" that we're smelling something. Not sure how we'd know which ones to fire,

You can think of most common languages as "lossless" (at least in comparison), whereas Toki Pona is "lossy". Once you translate English to Toki, it loses a lot of granularity. For example... Translating English to Toki
