I don't have much to add other than that I'm proud of you for realising this and finding a solution that works for you. Kudos

Do you have any sources for the NordVPN claim? Edit: I just had a look through your post history and you seem to have been claiming this for months, without providing any evidence. Shady.

I wrote, illustrated and self-published a book about mental health, psychedelics, sex and meaning in life. It's meant as an anti-dote to self-help (while diving into those topics) and a memoir of a strange part of my life where I had t

It doesn't. If you read the article, another person first assumed that this guy was wasting time on simple concepts and not learning fast enough. Then the realisation came that he was learning them in a deeper level and doing it slowly

Most interesting about this article for me was the parts about how he conducts his thinking, which is slowly and allowing space for distractions or re-reading books instead of finding new ones. It sounds contradictory to what would be produ

I'm studying AI atm, so for my final project I'm writing a booklet/resource about mental health and AI. I'll be illustrating and designing it too. Love this sort of work, because I get to flex multiple skills and use my
