Men's fashion is a little boring, but there's a lot you can play with in terms of fabric and accessories within it anyway. Men's wear blogs are kinda interesting

I was wondering about the year. Are schools still doing online course work and exams now? I would think ai concerns would drive even more in person oral test / notebook testing stuff?

At least voice coaching / training is relatively accessible? A lot easier than some physical features imo. And you could argue having a clear easy to understand voice is a job skill for most positions, I think.

The swipe game idea is new to me - you have internal testers or some team use that to go through it?

It also seems like skills with particular tech (prompt engineering, harnesses, mixture of experts set ups) doesn't always necessarily pay off when there's a sea change. Hard to predict what you'll want in a few years anyway,

Would the us currently defend Taiwan? I think they might get the chance to just take it, especially if we get another president like Trump in 28.

OpenTTD started from the ip they now own, and it's possible Atari could try and prove that in court. I don't know if they would win, but why spend the legal fees here?

You could compare gaits between footage of a crime and footage of you in another public place, probably? I don't think I've heard of it being used though.

They can recoup the investment with volume (especially apartments) I would think? Sell 10 houses at 2 million each or 30 at 1 million each or however it breaks down.

Good news - experimental verification of the law of supply and demand! I'm sure the analysis is welcome though and I hope policy makers try to learn from this. We could densify most american cities quite a lot more.

I think you can usually just assume us food standards are worse - same reason I wouldn't order steak tartare here. It sounds like the farm in question also sells raw milk anyway so their standards for safety might be worse on top of th

If it wasn't for the impact on offer people, I think you could handle it basically like sugary drinks - there's some benefit in discouraging it for health reasons but not as much benefit comparatively, so a more modest tax is all

If I can smell it, I don't really care if you're blowing it directly at me or not, it's still a pain. If you want to smoke in private in your own home and then wash your clothes after so no one can tell you're doing it,

We handled smoking pretty well by making it cost more and banning it in public places. If tiktok was banned from official app stores it would essentially go away.

I don't think "real" age verification with ids is immune to this either. (kids paying an adult to get an id for it or fooling an ai classifier, whatever). Basically unsolveable, so why worry about that edge case? Kids will al

Wasn't it pretty intuitive back in 2021 or so that wfh would make childcare easier? It's good to have exact numbers of course, but I can't see how anyone would think RTO wouldn't impact fertility or households in some fa

it'll be interesting to see how wfh and 4 day week policies play out in SEA, and that's more interesting than the domestic us conversation here really. If the us could follow suit we could probably do some great work on families b
