I think you're correct. I also work on a remote team, and found that I have to make the effort to go out to meetups or connect to a community in some way to get the best ideas. I think, maybe, there is less effort involved in connectin

Me too. The need for anonymous feedback is a symptom of a broken culture. If I were manager at one of these companies it would become a top priority to rectify it. There is a need for anonymous whistle blowing, but that's not the same
