Pretty incredible if you consider that during that time he started another company, raised VC for it, shut it down, then worked at Twitter. He's had a whole different life while this has been slowing building in the background.

Tips are taxable. You could probably get away with shortchanging the IRS where tips were all cash but with cash declining on a value + volume perspective I think those days will be behind us soon enough.

On submission of my email it redirected me to an error page. Can't remember what it said, only that it was an unstyled html page with one line of error text. Just tried again and works now.

I'd pay a designer for retainer. We have a designer we work with at the moment who is great and I have ongoing needs. Woudl be easier to send bits and pieces as we need them instead of batching.
