I think the hardest part for these new libraries is to build a solid ecosystem around them. React is the king for now and it will take many years to catch up.

That was a good read. I tend to believe that Nextjs is a tool for frontend developers who want to build a full-stack app and Laravel is a tool for backend developers that want to build a full-stack app as well. In my opinion the perfect com

I would go with Laravel if you are familiar with PHP. Lots of out of the box goodies available.

I believe the primary reason that sets TailwindCSS apart is its inclusion of pre-defined margins, paddings, and colors. Starting with these built-in defaults is much simpler than having to consider all these design elements from scratch.
