Saying it's twice as fast is rather misleading? They can both hash as fast as RAM speed allows anyway. And if it's something in cache I doubt one is significantly better than the other.

Also if you have a Quest that is shared in the family, you don't need to worry about your family members poking around your FB stuffs anymore.

You expressed your opinion in a rather rugged way but I think many people share the same general sentiment, in that unlike physics or chemistry, economic and literature works are highly subjective and are often source of endless bickering.

Why Tiktok? 95%+ of these incidents came from Twitter. FB, Tiktok, Instagram, for all their shortcomings, is rarely the place where these incidents happen.

Looks like this thread is devolving into a tab vs space war again, an eternal holy war without end except at local level where some VP of engineering put down a decree one way or another and the plebs begrudgingly follow.

It's about gist, not a general git repo, so no .editorconfig there.

I'm curious, would you be able to describe some of that "playing nice" and the complexity of the API? Sounds like a good story time!

I think so. I'm totally not familiar with the pros and cons of mounted drives but I assume there are some operations that are possible or easier to do when it's a mounted virtual drive vs a plain folder? Something related to file

I have used this library before, it's a powerful library indeed but the documentation is a bit lacking. There isn't a straightforward guide to do the most common operations, even the most simple ones like connecting a client to a

Not OP but I have had many cloud photo accounts in the past: myphotoalbum, Kodak Gallery, photobucket, Flickr and more. Eventually all of them either shut down, or got sold and became unmaintained. Google Photos and Apple's are the on

If you have untrusted code running on your computer, especially with admin privilege, then it's already game over no matter what you do. Any kind of stored secret can be extracted, and any kind of typed in secret can be keylogged.
