People have all kind of opinions about xlibre as a project and the politics around it that I'm not interested in, but if they're driving xorg to improve, that's a good thing. I'm not some anti-wayland zealot but you will

Not that Meta doesn't deserve everything it has coming to it, but the length of time it takes to litigate something like this just takes so many eyes off the ball of all of the current tech that prays on minors, like Roblox.

I bought an RX 6600 for $450 during the GPU shortage a few years ago. I know the AI boom is different than the crypto/COVID boom, but still. Don't be me.

I remember being probably 13-14 in my bedroom late at night with nothing but the glow of a CRT while poking around with Allegro and DJGPP. I could boot into Mandrake Linux and compile the same code I wrote in Windows. It felt like anything

Every time I click a HN post with the Something Pi naming convention my graybeard brain expects to see an SBC. This is something just about as interesting! I grew up on (and still use) trackers for sequencing. It might be fun to try a simil

It will probably sound nice to laypersons but you're right, it has to have access to, at a minimum, a data extract with relevant information to perform it's tasks, although in my experience in the pharmacy IT world, a database vie
