I think the way this will work out in practice is basically how the bridges between Patreon + Discord already work, but with better integration to Discord features. Basically the way most of these work today is if you become a Patron you ge

Yeah I 100% agree with this. Something is wrong with how they tested this perceptibility. Anyone familiar with club/concert systems knows the 20-40hz range they are adding/removing is semi-audible and definitely feelable. You can

I have to say I think they did something wrong then in their testing of detectability? On a club/concert setup, or even plenty of subwoofers, you can very much feel the 20-40hz range that they are adding/removing in figure C. Some

Humans can detect 10ms of latency easily. The problem is more than just reacting slightly later to events, its also how quickly the game/system responds to your inputs because its a round-trip interaction. This ends up usually being wh

SNES, N64, and even Gamecube (though less so) games get this level of scrutiny as well. Some examples are Mario 64 and Super Smash Bros Melee as some of the most popular examples on later platforms receiving assembly-level scrutiny.

Looking at the dial I feel like if you told them to move it to 1:30 or move it to the 30 past the 1, it would be pretty obvious? Wouldn't you have the same issue of having to convert 1:30 to 90 seconds with the other microwave design?
