I agree, and have the same experience. CDK is so much easier, much less verbose, and unit testable (at least to some degree). Since resource importing is possible in CDK (not nice, but possible) you can even start using it if you already ha

Why does HN have such a bad font size? I always have to set it to 120% otherwise it's so small I can't even read it on my big ultrawide monitor. This is the only website which I have to scale up on every computer...

These are some really good ideas, thanks for posting. I especially like the overlays, and the slow-mo effect idea. HDR also seems interesting, I am not sure if the Pi's camera supports fast bursts but I will look into it. I don't

Dumb question: Why would you download videos from youtube? Are you collecting videos on your hard drive? Why not just save a bookmark? I don't think youtube will be scrapped anytime soon. I just want to understand what are the use case
