This may sound insensitive, but accessibility isn't usually the #1 concern when developing new projects. It is usually tacked on later in an update because it isn't a core feature and it affects only a small subset of users. Rath

"Just compromise your design", surprisingly, isn't a one size fits all solution. Especially when you can implement things yourself. Yes, it's harder than you think, but sometimes it needs to be done.

I am in a similar situation having a lot of working experience but only in a specific domain (web), and no formal CS education. I only used pointers in one specific context, while working for about 3 months on a Go codebase. I was able to

An incredibly unrare case happens all the time in my work: array[length - 1], or variations of this. Anything involving the last element of the array, and often iterating through the whole array will use something similar at some point.

I'd rather not warp my whole project around a typing system if I don't need to. I also might not be the owner of every API I need to consume... I think TS is great in certain cases- I love being able to get intellisense info from

This is not true. If you go to Japan you will see an army of extremely drunk salarymen every night, and statistically Japanese people do consume a ton of alcohol compared to most western countries.

Fun idea. Needs a sort by time, and a link to the context. "I predict this will turn into a debacle for Apple." What will? I pushed the button about 10 times and only saw one that was even partially understandable without contex

You might need ISR (incremental static regeneration). IIRC there are a couple standard SSG frameworks that support something like it. Usually only worth investing in if you are operating at a large enough content scale though.
