I don't know anything about what ad databases look like, but so far I haven't seen any evidence that the data is legit. Fake breaches happen every now and then so I wouldn't be surprised if this is one. The sample has very li

They have this data and aren't going to sell/release it? Their provided sample doesn't seem to have any critical user data like passwords and phone numbers. All the user data is publicly available. Not to mention there are ve

Well sure, I think that's dangerous too. I think more people should be skeptical of the images and content they consume in addition to it being a problem that truth is harder to discern.

My grandmother once emailed my family frantically after she saw a picture of the Abraham Lincoln statue defaced with graffiti. Obviously that was a Photoshop, and in this case, even a bad one, but clearly fake images and content make it har

While I think the fear might be overexaggerated, being able to make realistic fake content with such ease means it's harder to know what's true and what's not. Plus this has been the claim of OpenAI from the beginning. It

Doesn't make sense to me why OpenAI has kept DALL-E closed source for so long. I can only guess either safety from misuse or leveraging it for money. At this rate though, Stable Diffusion is going to dwarf it

Maybe I wasn't clear. 24 or 32 core CPUs are only useful for the select few who are running a lot of intensive and parallelizable computations. The majority of people buying these mainstream CPUs do not get any more use out of a 24 cor

I wish they had an 8 core option that maximized the performance-per-core possible. I don't have much use for a 16 core CPU.

There's really no point in going beyond 16 core CPUs. Games only use 4 cores, maybe 6 cores max. Which means for games, you want to maximize performance-per-core and don't care about having more than 8 cores. More than 8 cores is

If DDG wants to fix this problem, I suggest either: 1. Deactivation requires email verification 2. Email aliases are tied to your DDG account and you can only use the email link when you are logged into your account
