MaxCDN guys are on top of things. Great service from them for over a year. No issue and handles 550k unique daily visitors with no problem.

Featuring doesn't really have a big impact - take it from someone who has had two apps featured on the w8 store.

This is going to ravage blog links on search engines. Not sure why this wasn't announced a year back (although it was widely known this would happen eventually).

There's a difference between a new beta and an app that has been in closed beta for months already and only today has been made available to the public. Just because it's 'beta' doesn't mean there should be obvious trivial bugs present. Jus

I know people are happy as the infamous GIF bug is fixed, but seriously this is one of the worst 'beta' apps I have tried. This mac app has been in development for ages, then been in closed beta and now finally it's available to everyone to

Why does crap like this make front page these days? Honestly, any half decent site that gets featured on a CSS gallery gets ripped these days. Your website itself looks like dozens of similar templates on ThemeForest.com

Seriously, give the kid a break. Let's be honest here. If he didn't write in the title that he was 14, this post would not have made front page. The kid was smart enough to include it in the title, probably knowing that a few HN users here

Why do you only allow 'funded' startups to bid? What about highly profitable bootstrapped companies? Drop the angel list requirement.

This is the perfect example of a why many devs here on HN need to stop undervaluing the benefits of a non-technical co-founder that can seriously rock the marketing side of stuff. What I see here is a pretty good looking app. Sure, it lacks

Dedicating a team? They'd probably outsource it to some business services company. The real root of the issue is, why do apps called 'Pokemon Yellow' and 'Halo 4' get approved without Apple checking to see if they are published by the right

I'd rather wait 1 to 2 days for a quick screenshot review process than 2 weeks as it is now to submit a new binary (and waste the reviewers time for having to review a binary that is actually the same as the previous version) just to change

This is very worrying. Due to a small minority of scammers, the entire dev community is being made to pay. Right now, iTunes Connect is pretty much broken. Sometimes your screenshots won't appear on the App Store, and you have to keep re-up

Thanks for the feedback. We will make sure those suggestions are incorporated in the future update. As for the colour gradient, not sure exactly what you mean. No plans for wp8 at the moment, Android is next on the list.

Wow, anyone notice that you cannot post a link on Facebook to the fbpurity.com domain (even if you shorten the URL). Facebook is blocking the posting of the URL as it is in their words 'spammy or unsafe'.

This article highlights how most app developers try to enter the App Store without any kind of business plan. To buy that many Apple devices when you are only making $20/day is plain stupid. When we started FIPLAB, we didn't even buy a sing
