This isn't even remotely true. Portable bathrooms are required in produce fields during cultivation and harvest, with hand wash stations and this is inspected. Food safety is a big concern at this point and that goes right down the fie

No mid level managers. No HR. No juniors trying to backstab you with clueless management. No TPS reports. No offshore team. All meetings have a point or you don't go. You set your own hours. You only work at work and you are "at w

I have this recurring thought that every task I do seems to take either 10 minutes or 3 days and I never really know which it will beforehand. Of course that's an exaggeration, but I've always found software time estimation to be

We had trouble with deer mice eating car wiring. I found this spray at the feed store that looked to be a sort of small outfit based on the label. It was hot pepper extract, diesel, glycerin, a few other ingredients. Worked really well. But

Chance of botulism is very low because of the salt (and acidity resulting from the fermentation), but yes, there should be live fermented veggies for purchase in NYC. There are only about 200 cases per year of botulism in the US and most of

Same thing. I notice a very strong correlation. Fermented high fiber "living" food and avoiding all preservatives really improves my outlook on life but yep, your mileage may vary. Easy and cheap enough to try though.

This is going to sound silly, and I'm not a medical pro, but maybe try fermenting some vegetables and fruit and eat a bit every day? It's very easy. You cut up vegetables, put them in salt water and let them ferment for a few days
