Greeks tend to have higher "normal" cholesterol levels. In other labs I have seen in Greece, they write as the limit 200. I know of someone with TC around 240 and the doctor didn't prescribe statins. Not a medical advice.

I feel taking a shower is an unpleasant procedure that violates my freedom on my body. If I stink, it is your problem. And most likely, I just stink and I won't make you sick.

Tactics are really important on amateur play. Perhaps the most important thing. If you know a few basic principles (move each piece at most once in the opening, control the center, etc), and you can spot tactics, you will reach a quite high

Verifiably false things should not be allowed. The assumption that everyone has the capacity (time, expertise,.. ) to tell apart truth from lies is a very big assumption. Even if it were true, it would not come for free for the individual.
