For me tailscale being down just means I can't access things I'm not comfortable exposing publicly outside my home. It isn't a huge deal as I rarely have that need.

It's been broken for anyone not logged in since Elon turned a bunch of servers off. It costs too much to make Twitter freely available. If users who weren't logged in could see the site it would crash constantly.

Even worse, they DO review their apps. And they make huge hassles for anyone to submit apps, including forcing you to create a new account if your tiny side project with 0 permissions didn't fill out a form in time (grumble grumble). M
