   I second this. I've had bruxism as long as I can remember, which mostly manifested as really loud popping and pain when I opened my mouth wide. I tried some random magnesium supplement for a while and noticed no change, then years late

   I think that's the key. I've upgraded every year for many years, but I just wasn't compelled to do it this year. I love my X, and it's still working great! I fully expect to upgrade next year.
