We've seen this (and similar TLS related issues) a fair bit at Screenly when working with Raspberry Pis. The best workaround that we've found is to use the date in a HTTP Header to set the initial time (if we detect this condition

I haven't used any of these myself, but you might want to take a look at Facebook's approach to the problem[0]. It's rather different and innovative. You might also find Smallstep [1] and SSH Lockbox [2] interesting. [0] htt

I've been using Buku ( https://github.com/jarun/Buku ) for some time and I really like it. Allows for tagging, and even visualization. I normally use the web interface, but there are browser extensions and CLI avail

Love Proxmox. It has its quirks but overall a great platform for home usage (labs etc) and for small businesses.

I got a bunch of them running Screenly ( https://www.screenly.io ), so I'd say that's a good use :) Also, I'm using PiHole and Home Assistant. Disclaimer: I'm the author of Screenly.

Author here. I don't factor in lunch (so take away 30-60 min). Also, the 19:30 stop is there as a hard stop. Sometimes I feel drained at 17:30 or 18:00 after a very productive day. In that case, I'm happy to wrap up the day.
