It sounds to me like you're a hero. I absolutely loathe needing to know more than one password per sector of my life - ideally I'd prefer a password manager as they're more flexible.. but SSO is alright too.

Well, not all of REST - the discoverability portion isn't supported by pretty much anyone (because, IMO, it's just not useful).

That really just sounds like an axios issue - I've built in support for custom verbs with nothing but plain-old ES5 javascript. The verb is nothing more than a string component of the HTTP request and it's pretty trivial to modif

Well, if we're being truthful, none of us use REST. We're all just cherry-picking the parts of it that work for our organizations... and that's absolutely fine . The programtic discoverability portion of REST always struck

It's kinda true if you're thinking purely about submitting requests through `<form>` elements - but even then you can bend browsers to support other verbs.

One point this article objects to is the (ab?)use of HTTP status codes for indicating object status (i.e. 404 Your student doesn't exist). HTTP status codes are an extremely loose and flexible standard and I think that semantically mo

I do agree that we are in an unfortunate place where we do have spells and incantations that must be recited but... that's such BS. This ruling was pure BS and a common speaker would clearly understand the intent of the defendent'

It is pretty amazing that this article continuously asserts that Okinawa is a "foreign airbase" - the US has an extremely visible basing presence in south east asia.

Unfortunately if Poilievre actually did get into the PM office it'd be on the back of a CPC majority - so he'd have a lot more freedom to act than Trudeau's current minority government.
