Over the long term wouldn't a company lose money on life insurance policies such as this? If you are buying insurance then you are betting that you are better at actuary analysis than the insurance company. Insurance companies are for-profi

Is FB really that hard to setup and use? I'm most likely to respond to someone on FB and often find myself wondering if it wouldn't be better to respond somehow with a CC: to Twitter but it's not obvious how to do this effectively.

I don't know the area that well but it appears to be ~11 miles from SF to San Bruno. Lets call it 11 miles, or maybe 1/2 a gallon of gas. That's <$2.

For startups based outside of North America $200k goes much further than those based within. And correspondingly $200k is harder to raise from friends/family.

I too had issues with reimbursements but while there are certainly issues that can be improved I don't think there's a better deal in the world available for entrepreneurs. My stance is best summed up in this photo from earlier in the month

Same thing happens to me. I have RSS feeds of their sites and after clicking on the article it would try some redirect attempt for Spain and come up short. Seems to be better now though.

In addition the data isn't normalized. The rate of something could be decreasing year-over-year but due to population increase the quantity continues to increase. Ignoring the normalized data helps journalists create sensationalistic head
