I still don't understand why Twitter has not lifted the 140-char limit. Posterous, Tumblr, Google Buzz, Facebook all allow unlimited status update, along with pictures, links, videos posting. I'd love to see when Twitter can change.

My take-away: 1) Goal: "Make a dent on the universe" 2) Don't take VC money, which is a "time-bomb" 3) Don't be a workaholic. "Greatness comes from well-rested minds". Constraints force you to do less and different things. 4) No overnight

I think it'd be great if YC can go to China. The growing economy and market, the huge talent tool, super low cost of labors and office. It works very well with YC philosophy. One downside is Chinese government's tight control on internet.

Many people have boring and ok jobs yet never have the courage to try something different. In this situation, it is perhaps healthy to actually quit the job and try it. In the worst case, your new startup fails, you learn something, you ret

My take-away is that even a great company with great culture to foster creativity can have serious problem when it grows to a big organization. It seems creativity happens mostly in little start-ups.
