How does it provide security if you're giving it away? Why do you need it if not working for it means you're more likely to get it for free?

Money is differed labor, debt is forwards on money -> the debt market is labor futures and the dollar is backed by US GDP combined with our reputation for the rule of law (ie people expect us to deliver when other countries might give up

In these situations I like to point out that Pakistan also has nukes, Muslim terrorists, and skirmishes with another ally of ours (India) and there's no political campaign to crush them over it. A lot of this is just a consequence of r

I think they just don't understand how such a market would work. You'd trade futures on the power and if you hold the contracts to maturity you'd be on the hook for delivering/accepting the power. Everything before matur

In theory you could do that, that's how I had push set up on my Pinephone. Often the ssh connection that was used for it was still live after rtcwake came back up. It's kind of a moot point since the WiFi radio couldn't wake

Should push really be going through Apple on a laptop? I kind of understand it on a phone (although users should be able to switch push providers if they want to eg use open source software that apple won't allow) but on a Laptop there

Is it practical? The little I've messed with it it seemed borderline useless. All it can do is QUBO and encoding the problem into the machine topology itself is another QUBO problem that has to be done on a classical computer. People a
