Control of actions and beliefs of citizens absolutely. But again that's to maintain internal stability. You'd need to give specific examples for the latter point.

But isn't that through the lens of of self-determinism? China sees Taiwan as a domestic conflict between ROC/PRC, i.e. that Taiwanese are Chinese ( Han). They would never say the same about the U.S. or Russia for example. Not sayi

China is culturally an ancient agrarian society focused more on defending farmland than conquering nations. This is not really comparable to the U.S. which is an ideology-based nation that inherited European imperialism traits. China is no

Joe at The Drive has been writing a ton of Space Force propaganda articles lately. The Defense Budget is getting debated now and this "news" really does seem aimed at Congress. Space Force and SDA want to fund their constellation

You have to also account for the free 1/8. Really enjoyed returning all my cars at 7/8 and them considering it returned full :). Part of it is most fuel gauges still read full anyway.

Cleaning and turning around keys-in to keys-out in 15 minutes probably rarely happens at Hertz in what I've witnessed (I've rented >100 times from them). But that said, most cars probably will come back at least 50% charged, so

Why use differentiable models here, it seems like a big limitation to CA just to allow back-prop. Can't these be trained with genetic algorithms or evolutionary methods like SPSA?

Following up after more thought, we had seen 'tongue motor imagery' (imagination of moving tongue) as clearly discernible in EEG. The motor cortex also has eye muscle mappings nearby. http://mrtnmcc.com/wp-content&

Interesting, so in the context of this broader discussion, if you displaced 1% of electrons in your body by a centimeter, you would weigh 10x more than you did originally. (Both gravitational mass and inertial mass increase)

Wait is that right? I thought charging a lithium battery was simply displacing electrons from cathode to anode, but the total number of electrons in the whole battery is conserved (and hence mass). Or is this converting that electric poten

From my experience, visual imagery / imagination is not discernable in EEG, it simply doesn't produce large scale modulations like the motor cortex does. However with MRI or fMRI I believe it is possible, and have seen papers even

That was a comparison was roughly for the same air cleaning rate. I think it has to do with the fan architecture. With purpose built purifiers using static pressure fans instead of air fans.

I've built a few of these and compared with higher end air purifiers like Alen. The only downside I could find with the DIY box fans was the power consumption is much higher.. about 60W vs 6W for the commercial purifier. That is a $30&
