Really thought it was a good idea until I saw the price tag. I would say for most home users go get a new and supported printer/scanner might actually a cheaper and better solution, though not that environment friendly.

The sadly fact is that lots of people cannot tell the differences between Unit Tests, Functional Tests and Integration Tests even after in the field for over a decade.

Hmmm, only if you know when to stop and can actually stop, sure, no it won't kill you. But what if you cannot stop? Most importantly, I did not even mention which drug as those was never the point.

But why would a search engine require an account to use in the first place? Or maybe I took it wrong?

I really missed those days that I could write URLs I visited frequently on notebook. Unfortunately, we might never be no way back to the good old days. There is literally way too much info on the internet, and thus impossible to index conte

Googles priorities have been long shifted from products to money. They are now deliberately doing evil things for more money. It is like taking small dose of drugs for fun, for sure it won't kill you immediately but it eventually will

Agree. Such practice was dumb and incessive. If it was made clear, why would someone buy it in the first place?

If this was the case, then it is actually Apple to blame. Hard to believe there was such incessive practices. Under such scheme, the operator the device was locked(you will never know which as myself have multiple services and sometimes swi

You were right about it. I'm currently not using fail2ban and I probably should start using it. Those login failures are nuisance.

IPs on the log files most likely are exit proxies if those attackers were not rookies. Simply change the SSH port only would deter 90% of those attempts per my personal experience.

The thing is there are so many attackers/rookies out there. I wouldn't call them hacker as they are most likely noob running scripts to scan the network. Just seconds after I exposed my server's SSH port, there were failed lo

Still not scaled enough. Those fines might be staggering to a small company, but for those giants, might be less than 0.5% of net profit. So you can see that Apple/Google/FB etc.. were fined for billions but they simply paid the f

I actually bought a TV box to avoid using those so called smart functions. Samsung TV's design, especially the remote designs are crap, which make switching video source a pain in the neck.

I guess he meant to say that each product has its own attack surface, using n different products just make your attacking surfaces multiply by n. It would be true if you mix those at the same layer. Even if you deploy them in different laye

Agree. Such behavior is unacceptable for a paid service. I can understand there would be bugs etc., but leaving draft invoice dangling there without any alarms raised is beyond reasonable. Let invoices go out and help the client collect the

Mostly because of two reasons: 1. China has the largest and most complete industry systems in the world. If you know what ever you need, most likely you can get it in hours if not minutes in some industry hubs, even in rural areas, you can

There have been way too many such nonsense in front-end developments. Putting lots of efforts to build client rendered web apps is already weird enough. And now they want to server rendering apps supposed to be client rendered? Then here co
