Ugh, I hate these "X looks like Y" articles. What it comes down to is they are both trying to display the same data (picture, username, message, etc), and honestly, there are only a few ways to logically present this information. Eventually

This is gonna sound stupid but I'm serious. Did you learn anything worthwhile from your investment? Any new useful "skill" or all just top level knowledge? Do you consider materials learned from Khan life changing?

Crash course on web apps for people of all skill levels, partitioned into nice snack-size lectures. This is a great resource. Nice find. EDIT: Correction. It seems some of the shorter lectures are simply incomplete. =/

I think you guys are using your imaginations a bit too much. From every Siri video I've seen, it just seems like a typical text-to-speech recognition and doesn't work nearly as good as advertised. Just look how many times it flops in this d

Pinterest has existed for many years as a sub-product of a website called Lime Life called MySnaps ( http://www.limelife.com/bookmarklet.html ). It is essentially the exact same thing as Pinterest except that MySnaps but is not a standalone

Consumers are starting to lose themselves in unecessary features. Do you really need any of this to use the Kindle Fire for what it was meant for -- a cheap portable book/game/movie viewer? To each his own, but I bought the new Kindle for t

Spine has been out for a while, been 0.0.x for a long time, just 1.0.0 came out today, and was heavily inspired by Backbone. It is essentially a lighter Backbone (no dependencies on underscore, no collections). I've extensivley used Spine i

Don't forget that cost of living is different per state so while you may make six-figures in the Valley, you could live the same lifestyles with less in other states. Check out this calculator: http://cgi.money.cnn.com/tools/costofliving/c
