Sorry to be picky, but the Isle of Man and Channels Islands aren't part of the UK either. Politically, IoW is part of England and so GB, albeit geographically a separate island.

I’m no fan but it’s reductive to call them rebadged Peugeots. Like just about any car you buy, including a Rolls Royce, they are built using a shared platform. In this case, it’s one of the Stellantis platforms.

Not really. There’s a major capital investment in owning a residential property, plus ongoing maintenance, otherwise no one would need to rent. A domain can be had for less than one fancy coffee per year.
