Everyone is different. Your calculation omits time. There will be a huge peak demand when everyone recharges which is the primary problem. Using your math above my house is 7hp, or 14,000 miles a month.

Parking is never a problem in rural or less dense areas. Downtown and trendy areas tend to be a parking nightmare but you can solve this with money. Valet parking, paid garages, or Uber are all quite convenient but pricey.

Public transportation infrastructure will take decades to plan, get approved, and build. Driver education can be reviewed and improved within years if not less. We don't need perfection we need to do something now.
