- fallingknife 4y agoIt's illegal here too, but they just don't enforce it as long as you discriminate in the way they want you to.
- iLoveOncall 4y agoMy (huge) company has a whole DEI department in Europe, and they have many programs that are extremely racist and probably illegal, such as giving a special referral bonus to the person that referred the most Black people.
