It really makes me wonder why someone with that much wealth needs to go around making life worse for other people. At this point, it feels like a sickness. It's interesting that the constitution prevents America from having a king, or

It takes a lot to shock me these days, but you definitely succeeded. That's just fucking crazy. Like you, I always pay for the insurance. It just makes sense.

No, I use AI for initial reviews before I make a PR. It's excellent. Humans are still in the loop after that.

I use AI to review before a PR. Humans take it from there. Quality far exceeds that of human reviews. It's becoming my favorite use case for AI.

Using Gemini Pro. No, I adopted it all on my own, but work pays. I love it, even though I can't use it on everything. Most developers here are using it, with approval on a per-projext basis. Lately it's taken over code reviews, fo

Cool work, but I have to say the performance is pretty bad in Firefox on my laptop with an Nvidia RTX A3000 GPU. There are enough shader cores here to cause first degree burns.

Maybe a lawyer can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't understand why some people in the article appear to think that this is causing OpenAI to breach their privacy agreement. The privacy agreement is a contract, not a law. A jud

I'm a daily driver. It completely changed the way I work. Am I curious if something will compile? Open a terminal and type make. The files are all already there. You can even run graphics apps. It's wonderful.

I have run into many of these types over the years. It's amazing to watch them run up their ladder of manipulative tactics until they realize that they aren't going to get what they want. Then you see who they really are. The whol

Trump destroys everything he touches. Especially capital. The guy is the living embodiment of Dunning-Kruger. Didn't he have six bankruptcies? He couldn't get a job sweeping floors at a bank with that track record. He is incompete

Your post proves my point quite exactly. Here you busy othering Jewish people by using language like "acting like you're the ones being persecuted". JEWISH PEOPLE ARE BEING PERSECUTED. I myself have been subject to anti-semit

It doesn't seem like the author has ever used AI to write code. You definitely can ask it to refactor. Both ChatGPT and Gemini have done excellent work for me on refactors, and they have also made mistakes. It seems like they are both

A lot of what you refer to as "pandemic authoritarianism" took place under Trump as well. Vaccine mandates have been part of many jobs for years and years. It's not a Republican or Democrat thing.

It was not remotely okay that they did this, and I agree that refusing to speak out severely hurt their credibility. The next time I get a fundraising email, I'm going to tell them they can kiss something.

I agree 100%. It's exhausting fighting against antisemitic bias, and it feels like it's everywhere these days. My problem with Ed Martin is that what he is doing is clearly wrong. Hannah Arendt wrote a book about people like him.
