Well this looks exciting! So impressed with quality of stuff coming out of cncf. I'm evaluating linkerd in our k8s clusters right now so it will be interesting to see how this fits in. Is it designed to drop in for ingress like nginx&#

Looks like a very interesting product. I can see how off-loading middleware can really make teams more productive. Can you go into more detail on how you are running this on k8s? A bunch of federated clusters around the world? SSH tunnels i

Is there a way to access NodePort services or ingress controllers? Kubectl port-forward works great but was hoping for a way to use the other abstractions

Learning platform architecture and devops at scale is sort of a chicken and egg scenario. You can certainly learn and practice on your own but the best way to get good is get hired by companies that actually practice it.

This is where the kubernetes pod model really shines. You can create a "nano service" sidecar container everywhere it is needed. They can communicate over http and be easily updated if needed across the cluster. Since it's j

Why does it matter in the least that its js? That's the beauty of react. It abstracts the ui from the renderer. Its the reason cool things like this can be built. I for one enjoy being able to build interfaces on a common platform for
