There are services you can pay for (in the US) to track a car’s (almost) real-time location without gps. It’s based upon license plates and widespread webcams and it’s not illegal (yet).

I disagree that you can “just watch” MOBAs. I don’t play any MOBAs, but I will occasionally watch them. If I don’t have a commentator guiding me along to tell me what is happening (to some degree) then it makes no sense to me.

Your team should be grooming and prioritizing the backlog. If the tech debt exists but the business doesn’t value working on it, then yes it won’t get worked. But it also wouldn’t ever get done as some stray //TODO either.

On the fire tv client, every time I load up the client and watch the 1st video, none of the ui/buttons respond. If I back out and go back in then it all works fine. Started a few months ago after working perfectly for years.

The mod’s response seems fairly reasonable (from an outsider’s perspective). Has the author considered trying r/programming, HN, or Lobste.rs? If they need the publicity so badly, going on a rant like this doesn’t seem helpful.
