The stated Russian doctrine doesn't really explicitly call for a nuclear response to a naval conflict in the gulf of Finland.

Yep, a plenty of prior art on how to implement the necessary attestations. Valve could totally ship their boxes with support for anticheat kernel-attestation. Is it possible to do this in a relatively hardware-agnostic, but reliable manner?

At that point you're just io bound, no? I can easily parse json at 100+GB/s on commodity hardware, but I'm gonna have a much harder time actually delivering that much data to parse.

It's a shame the blog post had to be written by AI too. If you're going to use AI to rewrite your text, you could at least ask it to keep the changes minimal.

I think you're mistaken if you assume that many of the US people whose opinions matter, senators and the likes, are not supportive of defending Taiwan for boring ideological reasons along the lines of "it's a democracy".

You can do basically all that with codex, although claude might have slightly more convenient tooling. The end result will be the same anyway.

I'm not just referring to the talks, but the whole event. But we used to have groups like wikileaks heavily featured, they certainly weren't worried about too many eyeballs.

Sure, but it is unarguably much more boring stuff than it was years ago. I attend almost every Congress with a variety of groups, and there's certainly been a culture shift over the years from lots of anarchists who had no qualms with

I was specifically trying to address the claims made by the previous commenter I was replying to. I don't think Gruber's takes are generally worth paying attention to, and I don't think Gruber making similar-but-false claims

Of course you could actually try to link to some context on this. Apple certainly didn't create USB-C, but was one of the biggest contributors.
