   I don't understand why doesn't Google use their data to make loads of $$$. They have a huge amount of information on search requests, but don't seem to use this.

   It depends what type of trading you would like to do. For high frequency trading, then using a deep neural network might work but could mainly predict order book imbalances. There is a nice article here - https://www.coindesk.com
