Something to keep in mind is that many people with the worst health prospects/problems (e.g. Medicare/Medicaid patients) are the least tech-saavy/have the worst access to tech-enabled solutions to addressing their health prob

Perhaps one workaround (for locals) to this whole "one week of vacation from existing job might be unfeasible" problem is to have they come in for two full work days on the weekend + another day or two if necessary (depending on t
