I think we're overestimating how much humans can keep in context. Throughout my career I've seen many instances that folks completely get it wrong and miss the context.

It's interesting to see a lot of senior folks are against this arguing that if you're working on a larger software project this falls apart. Two things can be argued against this: 1. Context sizes are going to grow. Gemini with 2M

The way it works with terminal is so much nicer than Cursor. Using the actual terminal + typing in the command feels so natural.

You can't argue with laws of physics at some point. Every nanometer counts at those frequencies. You can't put your RAM too far at some point in which a physical socket will be a deal breaker. Also, Framework doesn't need to

if you're in the Local LLMs world this is an interesting choice. All they care about is lots of fast RAM. 128GB at $2k is a good price when compared to Mac Studios

Hacker News loves to hate Electron apps. In my experience ChatGPT on Mac (which I assume is fully native) is nearly impossible to use because I have a lot of large chats in my history but the website works much better and faster. ChatGPT we

Lots of negativity in the comments. if voice works, it's a superior UI than GUI. It's an article from an investment firm that are betting on this. Nothing wrong with that

I'm confused. Wasn't there sanctions against Chinese companies about Hopper GPUs? Are they just admitting that they had access to H100 against the US sanctions?!

Tech blogs demonstrate quality of engineering of a company and this blog post is just doing that. Uber eng org is probably so bloated that nobody really cares about this stuff anymore.

I agree. A color scheme website should do color schemes right. Beside the white background, why colors are the same in light and dark mode? A well thought out color palette should have light, dark and low/high contrast variants.

Trust me! I'm having a ton of fun building things with LLMs. I'm just pointing out the fact that most products are making the LLM input/output the center point of the user experience but in reality it's more useful to en
