On Windows Phone, one thing that I like a lot is Nokia's HERE suite (maps and turn-by-turn navigation). Free and really good. The hardware is good and the OS is nice too. One thing I was impressed is that it seems actually easier to d

The low adoption levels for Windows 8/8.1 are a result of their own success: you have a set of robust/reliable older versions that are still doing their tasks just fine. If the corporate world does not see the benefit, then there

What if the company, after some time trying to work a project out, decides that it is more profitable to shut the project down - does that also make the company unreliable? Where I want to get is that interests evolve and things change. I

What it means is that people seem not be as interested/willing as before in taking out a student loan. From this point of view, yes, it is not a growth market any longer, as the Chase representative stated. The question is: what will

I have to admit to have been cynical in my comment. The point being that it always take two to tango. You were in that professional relationship looking for something, not necessarily money. He must have been offering something, but definit

I hope we both know that there are more ways than one to do your contracted job well. I might choose plan B that does the task but needs replaced intwo months, than job A which takes longer to implement but might be efficient over the long

@gringofyx: it looks like you took a passive-aggressive approach, and sabotaged the company from the inside once you returned to Bulgaria. You know what I think, to some extent, you are the younger version of John, as ruthless as him. This

The statement is correct and it can't be proven as incorrect: "Legal action is underway". The domain is a variation and I am pretty sure you can't claim it as cyber-squatted. Overall, it is a pressure tactic, with good c

It would be interesting to see if Dan Porter still considers OMGPOP a success under Zynga?! That flippant tweet should have not happened, considering that the sale was pretty much a very successful exit for Dan Porter but not necessarily a

Zynga might have simply bought the userbase. Divide the paid $200mil to the number of users OMGPOP had at that time and then compare it to the amount you expect to gain per user once you have them consuming Zynga stuff. Of course, this tho
