Oh, I mentioned the money because Switzerland is a very expensive country to live in. Zurich, where I am from, was just "awarded" as the most expensive city in the world [1]. On the other hand wages in Switzerland are also among the highest

If you have enough money take up residence in Switzerland. Tax rates in certain parts are negotiable as long as you do not earn money in Switzerland and we are part of the Schengen Area which allows you to travel freely within most of Europ

AFAIK the IE6 traffic from China is caused by modded IE6 versions that are very popular in China and pirated Windows Versions which do not update the browser because Windows Update is not working / disabled.

The Hyperloop reminds me a lot of the Swissmetro [1] project which was launched in 1974 and was intended to connect Swiss cities trough evacuated tunnels which would house maglev trains. The evacuation made the project very expensive but a

As far as I know they not only lower the center of gravity with the ballast but they also can put the weight where they want it to be and move the center of gravity to achieve a better weight distribution. So the effect on handling is more
