This is a source code hosting service based on Forgejo. It resembles Codeberg but appears to have somewhat more lenient terms of service. Hosted projects are not prohibited from including non-open-source code, cryptocurrency-related content

Regarding the Japanese system, there are no restrictions on moving residence. Resident registration (Jūminhyō) can be done anywhere. Therefore, if you move to a new place of residence, it is common and recommended to register accordingly. I

It's like closed-source proprietary software. Installed by npm is a per-platform (linux-x64, osx-x64, win-x64, win-x86) binary execution file. The software license agreement is long and I'm not sure what is allowed.
