You'll probably want to learn the regular unix way as well. Tools like this are nice, but you're already 99% there as it is for most things. ls | wc -l ls | grep -c .py (note the cat and pipe are not needed) aw

I think ios8 will really help out with the whole situation of needing credit cards to be tied to an account. Not that that helps right now but I tested it out and it is pretty damn impressive. Glad I don't have kids right now though so

It also uses a lot of private apis from ios6. (I found out running the ios8 beta and looking at stack traces) So I've had to revert to Downcast. I have bought every podcast app on ios anyway to get away from the godawful native podcast

Normalization! FINALLY The amount of times I have to touch volume buttons on non normalized podcasts is nuts. As long as this works decently or close to downcast in overall use I'll throw the $5 at this easy.

Actually not really, there is only one electric provider here, they just give you the option of choosing to prefer power generated with renewables or not. I don't think the actual electrons come from there its just a budgeting trick I

Maybe they just don't want to deal with open sourced stuff for 1.0 Reference the arm64 stuff, I bet that the situation is that swift is in heavy flux (which if you follow Chris Lattner on the apple forums you realize they're chang

The web client here at work times out with some queries. 5.5 might be improved, but it is the most horrible example of a "web" client. I also love the "kinda sorta doesn't" works with chrome stuff too. Having to bas

Then why don't the sites provide the same options that you get with some ios apps. Default is free with ads, otherwise pay a nominal fee to remove the ads. Without the latter the ads being compulsory is just enforcing advertising on yo

Heh thanks, it was more along the lines of: well i've never tried to get set/longjmp to work with threads, how hard can it be? Short answer, harder than you'd initially think. So many edge cases, the horror.

Well if you try using setjmp/longjmp and then introduce threads with this stuff, I think you'll quickly realize where this whole rigamarole breaks down. I gave it a quick try but honestly its simpler to just use straightforward C.

Additionally, if you use gpg to build your ssh keys and have a trust/sign chain you could then pull this stuff with impunity as long as you keep the trust chain issues sorted.

It really depends upon if the git repo is gpg signed. We really don't know enough about the automation to make any assumptions. Were I to do it I would require gpg signed commits and setup the trust chain a bit differently. But you
