Unless you both a) Don't evaluate them at runtime, and b) import annotations from __future__, in which case it is generally safe to write them like this (and AFAIK all of the usual type-checking tools read them fine).

I’ve often wondered if the sheer volume of TV and films being produced has led to a drop in writing standards. Then, it isn’t comparatively worse than anything else being churned out. But probably this also means more opportunities overall,

Unity also relicensed retrospectively! Which is also not happening here! Epic had their day in court to prove their claims, and lost, so everything they say sounds like sour grapes.

A nice thing that zsh (and bash-preexec) has is that you can add arbitrary functions to be called on command execution. I work at a large facility with a shared filesystem and many computers, so often I need to answer questions like “What d

As I understood this ruling at the time, one major caveat was that they have to open up payment options but are still allowed to demand 30% of the third-party payments, thus making it mostly irrelevant. This article mentions nothing about i

How do people still confidently completely misunderstand “Progressive income tax”. Deliberate feigned ignorance? Ignoring because it has the word “Progressive” in? I misunderstood this when I was 14. Then I grew up.
