I imagine you know this, but maybe there’s some reason you think it doesn’t matter: It will lower the rate of exposure.

I was not disputing that. I was disputing that it’s a “cruel workaround” to eg require that people who work with the public get a vaccination to keep their job. Those who choose not to get to vaccinated are not entitled to force their prese

The unvaccinated diminish other’s lives by being a vector. Why in your opinion are they entitled to do that?

If the corporate lawyers all agree it’s a standard and they don’t care about that clause then going with the license that the lawyers are all comfortable with seems like absolutely the right choice.

All new car and truck sales in the state must be electric by 2035. San Jose had already mandated new residential construction to be electric only. There are solar incentives. It’s not just “wind blowers”.

I’ve actually held ibm stock for years, and it has paid dividends and stayed above my initial purchase price nearly the whole time. That seems to fly in the face of your claims.

Please provide an example of a stock that has a price that behaves the way you’ve described. That paper is talking specifically about ex-dividend dates, not long term behavior.
