I'm a guy living on the east coast. I've wanted to move to Cali for almost a decade now. As a developer, there are 4 times as many job prospects in California. The weather doesn't hurt either. I bought into the American dream

I saw that on the site: >is basically your beloved Popcorn Time stipped down of the parts that made people wary. Which parts will be stripped out? The parts that make popcorntime functional?

I await a replacement eagerly. I just canceled my Netflix since I haven't used it in months. I always wanted to test popcorntime out, but never found the time.

What am I gaining using YAML? JSON is a well-known standard and used everywhere.

By "developers" did Jack mean other software companies when talking about bringing devs back into the fold?

Too little, too late. But thanks for the important lesson of not building something on Twitter's platform when the rug can be pulled out from under you. That lesson applies to other platforms too.

Hi HN. I've used plenty of different blog platforms in the past. I've recently been looking for something dead simple. A lot of static-site generators like Jekyll work well, but I wanted something simpler that didn't have any

I think there's an important idea here: technology should enhance our lives, not run our lives. I've been pretty good at disconnecting over the years. I always keep my phone on silent, which helped get rid of "phantom vibrati

Good luck. I've seen so many craft beers popping up around here in the Northeast over the past couple of years. I've met so many people that would never touch a domestic. Personally, I'll have a craft beer, but I'm not a

I can see people getting screwed on design/logos. That type of thing is a creative process. I've heard good things about fiverr from colleagues. I haven't used it yet, but plan on it soon for some voice work. I think somethin
