In the article, Marc doesn't mention software. Maybe software could eat the world faster too(probably will, since many companies starting communicate over the internet). But there is still a huge gap between developers and consumers. I

So the homepage of this project is basically documentation. Where others introduce use-cases, you actually teach us how it's done. I love it.

Nicely done! It kind of reminds me of this old video: How Differential Steering Works (1937) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yYAw79386WI&t=209

Thanks for the question. The project started with privacy. The only way how to provide privacy for data is to do computing on-premise. But on-premise creates the problem that when you run the binary file, it's a black box and the best

Yes. Overall SkyAlt architecture is vertical. This means, that when I'm adding a new feature I try to add it in form of new View or Column type. You can see the current lists in this picture[0]. This leads, you can start using SkyAlt v

Right now, SkyAlt can't write to the remote databases and in the future, it will be able to write only data, not change a structure(create/remove columns, etc.). This will lead to the option to build internal tools. Adding dashboa

I've never heard of Metabase. From the GitHub page, I can see it's very popular and looks great! I'm watching videos on their website and it looks like, that Metabase uses browser as a front end, SkyAlt is native. I'm no

This is a valid point. Sorry for my post. Blockchain has few moving parts, but the whole game theory around it is very complex.

The block which includes double-spent is invalid. When an honest node chooses the "strongest" chain it should check block If it's valid, not just look at a number of confirmations. This is also true for blockchain browsers(an
