We're completely remote as well and have a very similar approach to hiring and on-boarding. It's definitely tougher to find the right candidates but it's a fun challenge for sure!

I enjoy GNOME 3. Have been using it for a long while now and really don't have any major complaints. Granted, I don't use many desktop programs (browsers, terminal, chat programs and nuvola player).
