   That only happens in Roppongi, one suburb in all of Japan. There are hundred of places that would happen in the US.

   There is some good data on this http://www.stern.nyu.edu/~adamodar/pc/blog/countryefftaxrate... By the way companies have 6 years to change their structure so the Double Irish still exists.
